All that we have to offer is listed here, under the following categories; we are accepting orders for:
Fruits and Vegetables
- Right at the moment we are busy with the greenhouses - setting up the electrical and watering systems. As in the past, we are still offering to grow custom orders of select fruits and vegetables, with the understanding that the customer commits to purchase what has been ordered at the time of harvest.
Meat
- By Special Request: Smoked hams, breakfast sausage, bacon, etc. ordered in advance of butchering. We can also offer a quarter, side or whole animal with good pricing on such arrangements (need to be ordered 3 weeks in advance); please call for a quote. We also have the following available at certain times:
- BEEF: tallow, heart, liver, bones, kidney meat, variety of sausage meats
- PORK: side or whole (ordered 1 week in advance); please call for a quote. Also, based on availability: lard, feet, smoked ham and a variety of pork sausage meats
- CHICKEN: whole bird (ordered 12 weeks in advance); at times we also have wings/ drumsticks in limited quantities, please inquire
- EGGS: Free-range, farm fresh eggs always available for sale at our Farm Gate; for home/ business delivery of larger quantities (a flat or more), prior arrangements must be made with us in early Spring
Specialty Meats
- For our Commericial Clients we offer the very best prime cuts of beef, lamb, pork and other specialty meats. These need to be requested well in advance; get in touch with us and we can discuss your needs - Fall orders of the following:
