About Us
We are a blended Christian family of 15, having moved to PEI from Ontario in December 2003. Both Robert and Laura lost their first spouses to cancer and, having gone through a similarly difficult and painful time with their families, found solace in each other and were married in December of 2001. Laura brought six children to the new family: Nathan, Bradley, Brittany, Nancy, Gillian and Greggory. Robert brought three children of his own: Brianna, Devon and Jenaice.
Since then, the Lord has been pleased to add to our family three boys (Timothy, Luke and Elijah) and one girl (Liana). At this time most of the older children have moved on with their own lives are no longer with us at home, so we now function as a smaller family unit. Together we learn, create, labor and enjoy the blessings, busyness and bounty of Island farm life, and seek to share the fruits of it with you!
